Using the Online Store

You must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials secure and for activity performed through that account.

Product colors and scale may vary slightly by display, photography, production batch, and device settings. Piece counts, dimensions, compatibility notes, and age guidance shown on the product page should be reviewed before purchase.

Pricing, Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in the store currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, duties, or payment-provider conversion charges may be added where applicable.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable operational issues. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Payments are processed by the payment methods available at checkout and are subject to the provider’s terms and authorization.

Shipping, Returns and Product Support

Delivery services, timing, tracking, customs responsibility, and address requirements are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, missing pieces, and quality support are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy.

Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable law and the delivery terms shown for the order. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Content, Intellectual Property and Prohibited Use

The MOCBRIZ name, website design, original product photography, text, graphics, and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial viewing of the store is permitted; copying, reselling, scraping, republishing, or using store content to misrepresent affiliation with MOCBRIZ is not permitted without authorization.

You may not interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the store for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

Availability and Liability

We work to keep product information and the website accurate, but temporary interruptions, typographical errors, or technical issues may occur. To the extent permitted by law, MOCBRIZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Any mandatory rights and liabilities remain unaffected.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms as the store, services, or legal requirements change. The terms in effect when an order is placed will apply to that transaction unless a change is required by law.
